Synopsis - Leave No Trace.

Leave No Trace

Dir: Debra Granik (USA 2018) 109 mins
With: Thomasin McKenzie, Ben Foster

Will and his teenage daughter, Tom, live outside society in a large park until they are encountered by social services, who take both into care. Soon the day comes that they decide to escape back to the wild.
Granik is fascinated by people living in remote communities or 'off the grid' and spins a compelling yarn about modern society and if it can be escaped. Filmed in spectacular Oregon landscapes.
Mark Kermode's Film of the Year 2018.
